Processing
Our production capacity consists in the creation of mechanical parts of small and medium size, both turning and milling.
Mostly we work light alloys (eg .: anticorodal, ergal, avional, etc.) Bronze, brass work and also all kinds of carbon steel and stainless steel.
We also offer the service of galvanic surface finishing, polishing and anodizing.
Our machines and our lean organization allow us to carry out complex processes of small and medium quantities in a short time and of the quality required by the customer, as well as production of quantities over a long period of continuous supply.
For the creation of complex details, we use SOLID-CAM, a CAD-CAM software based on SOLIDWORKS which allows us to carry out complex 3D machining, increasing the quality of our machining and decreasing also the timing of the programming.
